For every Chef's Table, a different menu. Each experience is inspired by a different corner of the world — from the smoky pintxos bars of the Basque Coast to a Japanese sushi night. From the sun-drenched flavors of modern American fare to unexpected fusions like Baja meets Japan, or French technique meets Korean soul. No two evenings are the same.
One flat rate per person — no surprise charges at the end of the night.
Every Chef's Table requires days of sourcing, planning, and preparation that begins the moment you book. Due to the time, effort, and care that goes into crafting each experience, all payments are non-refundable without exception. No credits, no rescheduling, no transfers. We pour everything into making your evening unforgettable — we ask that you reserve only when you're ready to commit.
Chef Adam Walker personally reviews every booking before he shops and preps. To do that properly, he needs individual information for each person at the table — not just a general note for the group.
In the notes field at checkout, include your full name and any of the following that apply:
— Allergies (nuts, shellfish, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, etc.)
— Dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan)
— Strong aversions or dislikes
— Any celebrations or special moments you'd like acknowledged
— Anything else Chef Adam should know
List each person individually in the notes field. Format it like this:
Guest 1: Sarah M. — shellfish allergy, no cilantro
Guest 2: James T. — vegetarian
Guest 3: Dana R. — no restrictions
Guest 4: Chris W. — gluten intolerance, celebrating birthday
Incomplete or missing guest information may result in a follow-up from Chef Adam prior to the event. Bookings without dietary notes are assumed to have no restrictions.
Guests are welcome to bring their own wine, beer, or spirits. No corkage fee. Glasses provided.
Events are announced approximately two weeks before the date. Because of the short window and the preparation involved, our policy is strict and enforced without exception.
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full, and authorize all charges described above to the card provided at booking.
Events are non-transferable.
